The Vintage Office

A place to experience yesteryear’s technology. Located in Nashville, TN USA. I am currently at the beginning of this journey. No location as of yet. It will most likely be a small room starting out.

Starting the groundworks for getting this place started. Possible “get the foot in the door” location will be at The Next Level Games in Goodlettsville, TN in Rivergate. One of the owners has accepted the possibility of displaying some of these machines.

  • IBM PCjr added to the family

    Picked this up couple weeks ago to add to the collection. All in working order. Just need to get my hands on some proper boot disks.

  • Commodore VIC-20 in for some TLC

    Picked up a Commodore VIC-20 from Facebook marketplace over the wekend. It needs some work. Had 2 missing keys with broken stems, the case is dirty, and it has garbage on the boot screen which makes me thinks it’s a character ROM issue. All ram tested fine. Oh. The image looks grainy because I took it with a Sony Mavica MVC-FD91.

  • DitherPaint81 was released on cassette

    November 2021 was when I finally got DitherPaint81 for the ZX81/TS1000 posted for sale as cassette media.

  • Some system in a video

    Early in October 2021, I rented out 3 Tandy 1000/SX, an Apple ][c, and an Apple ][ to be used in a music video shoot for the Arlie band.
